Special thanks to doctors and nurses on Ward 201 at the City General Hospital, also to the chemotherapy unit and Douglas Macmillan Hospice, many thanks to Reverend Neil Addlington for the kind words and lovely service and to H Goodwin and Son for their help with the funeral arrangements.
